Yevgeny V. Sokolov is a Russian-American Artist living and working in Missouri, USA. He graduated Arkansas State University in 2005 with Bachelors of Fine Arts degree concentrating in Studio Art - Drawing. His subject matter is mainly Portraiture and Landscapes. Done with dry media (pencil, charcoal, pastel) or wet media which includes Watercolor or Oil paint.
Yevgeny draws his inspiration from meeting different people. Landscapes with unique structures and interesting historic backgrounds attracts him, and pulls him to the subject.
