I am a husband, father, and painter.  Having grown up in rural Arkansas, I have always been intrigue by nature and the landscape, but more specifically light and how it affects everything it touches.  As primarily a plein aire painter, capturing light and the magic it imparts on all of our surroundings has become my obsession.  Although I have only been painting a couple of years, I know that I have found my calling and a passion that compels me to create everyday.
